There are 2 venues in Scottsdale that we will get together and prepare a Keto friendly dish, and discuss the various ingredients, alternatives to various ingredients, and the impact they have on the Ketogenic lifestyle. We limit the number of friends to 5 so we maintain that more personal feeling and atmosphere., so get your friends and lets cook!
